A virtual book signing is an online event where authors sign books for readers while streaming live. Readers preorder their books and can watch the author personalize their books in real-time through platforms like Discord, Facebook Groups, or Zoom.
First, readers select their books and shipping options through the author's preorder form. During the event, authors go live on their chosen platform (Discord, Facebook, Zoom, etc.) and sign books while interacting with readers in the group chat. After the signing, authors ship the personalized books to readers.
Shipping costs are calculated and charged upfront during the preorder process. Authors can ship internationally, with readers selecting their preferred shipping method. Beventi automatically calculates accurate shipping rates based on location.
Yes! Authors can host virtual signings from any location with a stable internet connection and their signing supplies. This flexibility allows authors to connect with readers globally while managing their signing schedule from home or while traveling.
Yes! When placing your order, you can leave a note specifying exactly how you'd like your books personalized. Authors will reference these notes during the signing to ensure each book is personalized according to your wishes.
From preorder forms to final fulfillment, Beventi handles the details so you can focus on what matters most: your readers.
